Majestic Oak provides consultancy services to our clients to enable them to achieve their objectives more efficiently and effectively. Many of our clients have great businesses but have either become stuck or bogged down. We advise and assist them and then act on their instructions to actively help them to realise their business objectives.

We also provide introductory services, where appropriate, for our clients and assist them to set up suitable arrangements with counter parties. We act for our clients and seek to obtain the best possible terms for our consultancy clients in these relationships.

In many cases we are able to assist our clients with the marketing of financial products; advising on and structuring their process and, where appropriate, introducing investors.

We charge our clients fees for our advice, generally a monthly retainer in order to cover the costs of providing our services. Our main fees are earned through the success of projects. As we do not control your project but advise you, our experience is that we are generally not able to offer fixed quotes or success only fees. Introductions and introductory brokerage fees are success only.
